Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please return the goods securely packaged and sufficiently stamped. We recommend using an insured shipping method and keeping the tracking number until the return has been processed.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all goods. In particular, it may be excluded for goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalised.
This may include, where applicable:
- custom-made sizes or products manufactured according to individual customer specifications
- products with individual engraving or personalisation
- custom-made washbasins, tables or other individually configured products
- products that are no longer suitable for return for hygiene or food-safety reasons after use, where legally applicable
Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether a product is custom-made or excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Transport Damage
Please check the goods immediately after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@holz-liebling.de.
Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product, the outer packaging and the inner packaging. Please keep the product and the complete original packaging until the case has been clarified.
